The George has eight well appointed letting rooms with bed and breakfast available at very reasonable prices. We offer a relaxed atmosphere with a friendly personal service. Traditional real ales and home cooked fare using local produce is available lunch and evening.

Orton is 3 minutes from the M6 Motorway (Junction 38), 4 scenic miles from m6 motorway (junction 39) and is also on various coast to coast and cycle routes including Alfred Wainwright's “Coast to Coast” walk and walney to Wear & Whitby Cycle Route.
